PAW Team is located 2 blocks North of the NE 82nd MAX Station, and along the 72 Trimet line.

Accessibility

PAW Team’s clinic facility is “upstairs” accessed by stairs or an ADA accessible ramp. PAW Team’s supply bank is also ADA accessible, at the bottom of a sloped driveway. There is one accessible bathroom on each floor.

Quarterly Closures:

PAW Team closes to the public one week per quarter to allow time for administrative projects and staff training.
During a closure week, our facility will be closed for supplies, appointments, and prescription pick-ups.
